Recommendation
For instances where rolling stock is withdrawal from service as a result of damage; TDLR should develop notification procedures to identify where immediate notification to the RAIU is required (excepting certain condition, such as damage as a result of road traffic collisions where a road vehicle has breached the traffic lights).
