The help points on the platforms are inconspicuous to some passengers as the signage was facing directly towards the railway. In relation to this incident, they were inconspicuous to the passengers needing assistance at the lifts and staircase.
IÉ-RU should review and improve its current signage for help points, with a view to improving the visibility of these help points at passenger locations along the platform.
